It is with great sadness that we remember the service of our faithful secretary Antonia Reid.
For 22 years she has guided and cajoled us as she carried out the many unseen duties that are so important to the smooth running of a show. We had many happy times together sometimes over a glass of wine, as we cross checked to ensure everything was covered. She had so many contacts and will be sorely missed. She has left the show big boots to fill.
It was lovely that she was able to attend this year’s show and judge the mounted fancy dress class. Horses have played a massive part in her life.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Tarn, Michael and the family as they come to terms with their untimely loss. May she rest in peace.
